Reformer Pilates and the spa, in one place. You can come straight from work, take your class and have a shower before you carry on with your day.
And then there is the part outside the class: the bench by the window, a coffee afterwards and a little time to sit and talk. No rush.

Forty-five minutes that are only yours. Controlled movements, a calm tempo, and a class where the instructor has time to give you attention.
It makes no difference whether you are starting now or have been doing reformer for a while. You come, you move, you breathe, and you leave feeling good — even if tomorrow you will remember the class. 🤍

Spring resistance lets you build strength gradually, without loading your body with movements it does not need.

Every exercise is done calmly and with attention, so you genuinely feel the muscles that are working.
